Delivery within Australia incurs a fee of $9.95 for Melbourne & Victoria, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Brisbane and Canberra. $20.00 for Darwin and Northern Territory. All other destinations incur a delivery fee of $15.99. These fees apply to packages weighing up to 3kg. All packages are sent overnight to any destination Australia wide. If nobody is available to take delivery of the parcel the courier is instructed to leave the package in a safe position at the front door. This will ensure delivery on the requested date. Our parcels are packed to suit the climate. We highly recommend that customers have their orders delivered to a work address to ensure fast delivery given the perishable nature of this product. Please ensure that the delivery address provided has someone present to accept delivery.

We take all the shipping risks
If the quality of our product is compromised due to carrier error, we will provide you a full credit for the content (and shipping cost) and take responsibility for recouping the cost from the carrier. However, we cannot be held responsible if you (or your gift recipient) are not present at the time of delivery and as a result, delivery is unduly delayed.

Same Day Shipping
Orders received before 10am Australian EST are shipped the same day with an overnight courier. Orders received after 10am Australian EST are shipped the next business day. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or Australian Public holidays. Note that you have the option to select a different shipping date in your shopping cart.

Summer Shipping
During the summer months we reserve the right to delay shipping. We will endeavour to notify you of any anticipated delays due to weather restrictions. This ensures that your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.
