You can place a chocolate order with Definitely Chocolate by calling +61 (2) 9790 4791 between the hours of 10am-4.00pm, Monday-Friday Aust EST(excluding Aust. Public Holidays). In the unlikely event all lines are busy, simply leave your name and contact number and we will phone back as soon as an operator becomes free. You will be asked the following information to process your order.

Name and billing address
Must be the same as registered with your card supplier.

Daytime contact number and/or email address
This is in case we need to contact you about your chocolate order.

Product names for the items you have chosen
You may find it useful to shop in the usual way by adding items to your basket. Then instead of proceeding to checkout simply print your basket to use as your shopping list.

Credit card details
To allow for payment.

Would you like a Gift Card?
A Gift Card is included in the price. We will ask you for your message (maximum 25 words) and will hand write this on the card for you.

Delivery address
We do not deliver to PO. Box numbers. Some customers find it useful for gifts to be delivered to a place of work if full and correct address is known.
