May I hand pick each chocolate? Yes. Choose the option “Select Your Own” on the Home Page. You will be shown a selection of intriguing chocolates from which to make your choice.
May I arrange for regular chocolate deliveries? Absolutely! Our Chocolate Subscription service ensures that refills for your wooden chocolate box arrive at regular intervals. Simply choose the "Subscribe to Chocolate" option on the top LHS menu.
How do you select your chocolates? We individually select chocolatiers that are obsessed with quality and that use only natural ingredients. Our products cannot be compared in quality to well-advertised brands. Each chocolate is a unique, hand-made creation from one of our award winning chocolatiers.
Can I place orders during the summer season? Yes. During the summer season, we use special measures to help ensure freshness upon delivery. However, in the case of extreme heat we reserve the right to delay shipment until a more appropriate time.
How can I receive an invoice? As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice details.
How can I be sure you received my order OK? Every order receives a confirmatory email from us within 24 hours. If you do not receive one by this time, it could mean that we have not received your order. Or it could mean the e-mail address you registered with is incorrect so the order confirmation cannot reach you. If you are in any doubt about your order please e-mail us at: enquiries@definitelychocolate.com.au making sure you quote your name and/or order number. Alternatively, as a registered customer, you can use our Order Tracking facility on the bottom LHS navigation bar. Do you resell my personal information? Is it safe to place orders online? Security is a prime concern of ours. Please see our Privacy section for a description of our state-of-the-art encryption tools.
When will you ship my order? Generally, orders received before 10am Australian EST are shipped the same day. Orders received after 10am Australian EST are shipped the next business day. However, you have the option to select a different shipping date in your shopping cart.
When will my order be delivered? It depends on the shipping destination. For most Australian destinations we can deliver overnight. For remote country areas the time in transit can be 2-3 days.
Which shipping carriers do you work with? We use Star Track Express and TNT.
Do you have anything suitable for those with special dietary requirements? None of our products are suitable for nut allergy sufferers (sorry) as they are all made in kitchens where nuts are present and so may contain minute traces of nut oil.
I have a Gift Voucher to redeem, how do I do it? Once you have logged in, and selected your products by adding them to your basket, you will be asked to make a payment. All you need to do is enter the correct voucher number and expiry date. If your total order amount is less than the value of your Voucher, we will save the remaining voucher credit for your next order. If your total order amount is greater than the value of your voucher, we will request you to pay the difference by credit card.
Can I arrange for a delivery at a future date? After loading your basket with the products you wish to purchase, and selecting the delivery address you will be prompted for a delivery date. The date will automatically default to the next available delivery day. |
